Software Delivery

Development

Educated in computer science and with a long career as a developer, I still have a solid knowledge of technical solutions and can handle reviews of architecture and solutions.
As a Product Owner / Program Manager, I am able to transfer management and customer requirements to development teams, and to evaluate and challenge architecture and design decisions.

Business systems
ERP

Has worked for more than 20 years developing ERP systems, starting with Concorde and Axapta from Damgaard, later Navision and most recently the modern successors of these programs such as Dynamics 365 at Microsoft. The early years with a focus on the technical platform and on the user interface and user experience. Most recently as Group Program Manager at Dynamics 365 for Enterprise, Supply Chain Management where the focus was on areas such as Production, Warehouse, Cost Management and Orders.

Azure

I have a good knowledge of the entire portfolio of Azure services and concepts. At Microsoft, I was involved in the entire shift from on-premise to Cloud services on the ERP products, and the development of the Hybrid Cloud solution which made it possible to combine on-premise operation with Cloud.>
Established synchronization with Azure Data Lake from a Microsoft Business Central solution for the AMFOS project at Amgros.

User Experience

I have had a long and good collaboration with experts within UX, were the primary designer and developer of the early client technology in Dynamics products at Microsoft. Have worked extensively with interaction design, with Design Thinking and with datadriven process optimization using telemetry in Cloud solutions.

Web applications / Webshops

Good knowledge of both modern internet applications and architecture, as well as integration to e.g. Webshop, storage systems and more.

Application support

Experience with 24/7 support of a Cloud solution with users all over the world in Scan-IT. Here I have changed the support function, which was a problem child, to function as intended. Among other things, by merging Tier 2 support with development teams.
